A challenge, to say the least. The Navigator project requires us to work in collaboration with one other in the same pathway. Eg Fine Art, Humanities, Fashion & Textiles, and Product, Interiors & Spatial Design.
Luisa and I are both in Fine Art. I love loads and load of research and development, I get lost in it, I bath in it, I breathe it and then struggle from the weight of my Herculean task to distill this mountain down to a coherent molehill. I love it.
Luisa wiser, than me, has watched with horror mixed with slight amusement as I flailed around grabbing every idea, piling them up and either whats apping them or emailing them en mass to her daily.
Yesterday we both realised, after a week of excavation to find one project from our research, we had arrived.
I have found a nice free mind mapping app and learnt how to load up all our pics and videos to Google. Where they can fester, thank you Nathan, the google whiz. I not even sure Luiser has opened the emails, probably wise, I just needed to send them.
Luiser calmly said I know what we are doing……thank goodness one of us does……I took her tearing/ collage she took my threes and storytelling and we met in the middle to explore our response to our trips around London, its Commercial/financial hub, it’s Spiritual/moral hub with connections to here and now. Tearing through time (thank you Gary) to reveal and respond in the form of a small Video, and various art pieces that we are both working on independently and collaboratively.

I wonder what he would make of it all.
