Week 29: why.

What and then how.

They makes me get up every day.

In Japan House doing a workshop a few weeks ago, I found a book open on a stand, the images were just so beautiful and had that ”other to them” I found it hard to put it down.

I looked for the authors name I was surprised-

Wim Wenders – a review link

Jesse’s book review – Journey to Onomichi by Wim Wenders

Next surprise.

Hit the link to find out the connection to Wenders.

Wim Wenders appeared on my radar a while back, 40 yrs ago approximately, I found that he connected me to other people who also found his work enthralling and sublime.

Re-emerging with my reviewing Win Wemders work were my interest in the works of Bergmans wild strawberries and The seventh seal both began to call, they also explore What is described as the human condition.

What makes us human which is something Wenders talks about in his work and he talks about he presents his work it in his book, he talks about making his work personal rather than private.
