Finally after a lot of wrinckles my canvas is as smooth as a babies bottom.

I always think I won’t mind but I always do, the process of repair and rebuild has been incredibly satisfying and I have become quite involved with this process. I think the process of repair holds meaning for me.

It was in the bookbinding shop I finally found a paste that would in the way I would like it to, books seem to be stalking me.

They also stock the most seductive range of Paper not wildly expensive but brilliant to print on.

EVA Non plasticized Ethylene-Vinyl acetate
Neutral pH 7 – 8 and water-soluble.
Suitable for laminating papers, cloth and boards, box making, and general bookbinding work. Fast drying and maximum strength it can be mixed with our Starch Paste to create a slower drying glue which will allow for repositioning. When binding, use Eva to glue mull or fray not to the spine of books as it is strong flexible when dry.
Clean up glue brushes afterward with tepid water.
Once opened it has a shelf life of approximately six months.
