Divergent and convergent thinking.
Having completed four years of study, at the eleventh hour, I stumbled over what I believe may hold the answers to my many questions.
I like to have a lot of choices; I enjoy the investigation and the final solution leading to more questions.
My ‘pitstop’ solutions are my Momento Vivere, my moments of life. They are breadcrumbs that plot my path. Each path is different, some more exciting than others, and my artworks reflect this.
This process is indicative of divergent thinking; by understanding, I may now usefully use my particular skills more effectively. The comments about picking one idea that fits the brief best, whoever has produced it, makes sense.
This particular path, line or correspondence (Ingold, 2016) began 24 months ago. I documented the start here:

Writing a proposal for a future project, I realise my diverse thinking skills and my knowledge surrounding their possible application will be beneficial.
Now I may take many ideas, brew and distil them to the essence and find a final solution.
The inclusive outcome will retain the indexicality of all those involved communicating their many ideas.
